Louth Callan was founded in 2019, in the hardest corners of New England — building through rocky ledge, harsh winters, unpredictable ground conditions, and site constraints with an industry-leading engineering team. Seven years later we are delivering the most complex power infrastructure projects East of the Mississippi with confidence and project completion certainty.

How we deliver
No two projects are the same, so we don’t build them that way. Louth Callan designs around each site’s conditions, engineering requirements, schedule, and cost targets. In-house engineering and construction teams work as one, from preconstruction through commissioning, accountable to a single outcome. We measure engineering decisions against total installed cost and downstream impact, not isolated scope cost — connecting design to construction and controlling the critical path from preconstruction through COD.

Before mobilization, project delivery, construction, engineering, and executive leadership align in the same room — pressure-testing assumptions and surfacing risk before a single piece of equipment moves.
